I know, you probably think that we're talking about Naperville--but we're not. It's understandable that you'd think so because Naperville has been named as one of the best places to live in Illinois by multiple websites that know about these sorts of things. One clue I can give you is that the "lesser known burb" in question is tougher to spell than Naperville. Another is that this particular place was founded by a real estate developer who began construction in 1924, and incorporated in 1929.
